Free shipping is offered to our UK customers only on orders of a value over £350 with a UK delivery address.

To obtain a quote for shipping charges please submit your online order and we will contact you with the final quote for your approval prior to charging your payment card (you may be contacted by a member of our team to provide payment card details to pay for the postal charge separately). If you wish to receive a quote for shipping charges before placing your order online please email us at boutique@orient-express.com detailing the delivery address and your order.
Delivery Time
Goods will be normally dispatched within 10 working days on receipt of order (UK only). International orders would take 14 working days subject to availability.
Standard Delivery
All goods dispatched on Standard Delivery are sent via Royal Mail.
UK Deliveries
Orders up to the value of £30.00 will be sent using Royal Mail First Class post unless otherwise requested.
All orders over the value of £30.00 will be shipped using Recorded and Special Delivery service. Please note Special Delivery service is a 'signed for' service so someone will need to be able to receive the order at the delivery address, otherwise the order will be re-directed to the local postal office for collection.

Express Next Weekday Deliveries (UK only)
Express service is charged at £15.00 for shipping, orders must be placed before 12 noon on the previous working day of desired delivery date (weekdays). Express orders received on Friday will be delivered the next working day, unless otherwise requested.
Saturday Delivery (UK only)
Saturday delivery is charged at £40.00, orders must be placed before 12 noon for the next day Saturday delivery.
