Refunds and Exchanges
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase from our website. However should you wish to return an item to us for any reason you must do so within 21 days of receipt of your order. Providing goods are returned in perfect condition, we will refund the full purchase price of the order to the purchaser. Gift wrapping will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Please include your despatch note when returning goods. Please see below further information;
1) Please advise of any breakages as soon as possible.

3) Goods must be returned within 21 days to be eligible for a full refund.
4) Unless faulty, goods returned after 21 days will only be offered an exchange to the value of the original purchase amount if the same goods are not available for exchange.
